ASA licensing

Each member has a profile which allows for the administration of ASA licenses and ordering of same from province.Under our Pro package we even handle the distribution to members thereby completely removing the burden from the club

Bookings

Whether its the Award's dinner, a comrades breakfast or volunteering for the club's race the system is able to easily collect the data - and payment - thereby removing all the admin headache for the club. Live reporting gives you up to date stats on who is or isn't signed up.

Newsletters

Our integrated newsletter functionality allows you to easily send out emails to your members. All contact details are maintained by members so your list is always up to date

Kit

We have our own production facilities which means we can source your clb kit at best prices. We take care of the stock holding and distribution leaving you one less thing to worry about.Vests, buffs, tracksuits - no problem we design and manufacture for you!

Fees

We have a fixed monthly fee depending on the package you select ranging from free to R500 per month. Transactional service fees are charged at R8 plus 5.5% which can be paid by the club or the member.
